About the Founder

Founder, Joyce M. Averils, is passionate in her belief that all women possess the potential to live inspiring, fulfilling and extraordinary lives. “When you believe in yourself, clearly define your goals and follow a plan of action, you will achieve success,” says Joyce. Her program attendees learn the benefits of making positive choices that can transform their personal and professional lives into the lives they want to live.

Joyce lives out her firm’s mission on a daily basis – to equip and inspire women to achieve their highest level of personal and professional success. Through coaching, writing, speaking programs, workshops and seminars, Joyce offers immediately useful tools that help women reach their goals and overcome self-limiting beliefs.

Joyce has a heart for giving back to her community. With that purpose in mind, she formed three non-profit organizations that offer hope, healing and restoration to hurting and broken women and girls:

• Changing the Buzz, Inc.
• Sister CEO’s, Inc.

An attorney by education, Joyce has enjoyed a career that has taken her from trial lawyer to Chief Judge to business owner. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor from the Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University. Additionally, she holds certifications from Langevin Learning Services, Inc.-USA, TeleClass International, The Professional Woman Network, Coachville and Christian Research and Development.

For more than fifteen years, Joyce has presented speaking and training programs for women in professional and ministry settings. She uses personal, real-life illustrations from her own experiences to deliver enthusiastic and interactive programs, as well as faith-based presentations, using the Word of God.
